**Job Summary**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will work closely with record groups and contracting to identify and isolate fluctuations caused by over/under payment practices and incorporate these into actual to-anticipated results. You will aid the development of timely, innovative, objective analysis that leads to fact-based answers for critical business issues. You will also provide customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Aids the development and use of creative data visualization procedures to ensure data is presented in meaningful and interpretable formats for all audience levels.
* Aids the development and execution of innovative analytical or potentially measurable systems and supporting tools for assessing arenaflex processes, business issues, and return on investment of products and services.
* Works closely with record groups and contracting to identify and isolate differences caused by over/under payment practices and calculate these into actual to-anticipated results.
* Aids the development and support of a mechanized process to identify data and cycle integrity issues. Provides leadership with detailed recommendations for issue resolution. Identifies both upstream and downstream effects of recognized issues and fully communicates with any affected parties.
* Aids the development of ideal, innovative, objective analysis that leads to fact-based answers for critical business issues. Recognizes, develops, and drives issue definition and solution plan as it relates to the specific business environment. Combines remotely partnered data with internal expertise.
* Prepares standard and ad-hoc management reports and presentations for projects. Uses query-based tools to create and run queries used for data mining and analytics to support other work responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.
* Performs specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system to include assessment of definitions, cost increase support, and organization identification.
* Provides customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Works cross-functionally with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulation, Contracting, and Contracting Operations.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Software Engineering.
* Experience working with internal and external resources to aid the development of procedures and project plans that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines.
* Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, customers, and vendors) within a matrix organization to ensure quality standards for service.
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to determine issues to ensure completed targets and it is necessary to escalate issues.
* Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with differing completion dates.
* Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
* Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or anomalies for driving improvement of results and finding solutions.
* High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using Normal function, combining and focusing cells, printing focused page or creating a pivot table).
* High-level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., changing picture styles, redoing animation, and setting automatic slide timings).
* High-level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., adding header tab, creating a footer, designing table style, embedding comments, and creating a mail merge).
* Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Four-year degree in Statistics, Designing, Software Engineering, or Data Systems.
* Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.).
* Experience with teach-instructing, coaching, and training staff.
* Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Advantage Supervisor, Advantage Consultancy, or Managed Care organization.
* Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Advantage Director, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization.
* Knowledge of pharmacy industry pricing.
* Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals).
* Experience with data extraction, data mining, data procurement, data profiling, and data warehouse management.
* Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support systems environment or IT experience.
* Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining strategies.
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $60,600 - $97,200 per year, plus benefits. Benefits include:
