We're seeking a talented and experienced data entry specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Expense Group, you'll be responsible for supporting the innovation and information needs of our entire organization. You'll work closely with our business, design, and accounting teams to identify and implement new data entry solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work directly with partners to identify data entry and innovation needs, define requirements, and oversee execution
* Collaborate directly with data and programmers to design new data sources and tooling to meet the needs of our Expense Group
* Continuously challenge the status quo and explore more intelligent and efficient ways of working
* Manage complex data entry issues for large-scale data sets
* Explore the use of emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to drive innovation and efficiency
* Participate in defining the organization's data entry and automation guide
* Work cross-functionally start to finish, between our business front-end, design center, and accounting teams to ensure the integrity of our data entry streams
* Elevate the Expense Group's understanding and use of automation technologies through group data sharing
* You have experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field of study
* Experience managing large sets of financial data
* 4+ years of experience in data and automation, with a focus on charge-related data experience
* Experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud
* Profound experience running SQL queries
* Knowledge of innovation tools like Alteryx Desktop, Snowflake, Python
* Experience composing business requirements and testing to support large data projects
* Insight into participating in the analysis and testing of new data sets
* Insight into using various productivity programs (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google (G-sheets, docs, and slides))
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with AI, Measurable Investigation, Database, and ETL best practices
* Knowledge of pre-processing languages and checking on code for accuracy
* Alteryx Certified Associate
* CMI, or CMI candidate
