**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions for retail operations and forecasting. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions for retail operations and forecasting
* Design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven insights, and implement solutions that drive results
* Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
* Design and implement machine learning models, including regression, clustering, and forecasting
* Work with large datasets, including data mining, text mining, and Spark
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain data science models in production environments
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
**Requirements**
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field, and at least 7 years of experience as a data or machine learning scientist
* Proven track record of developing and implementing advanced data science solutions, including regression, clustering, and forecasting
* Strong expertise in data mining, text mining, and Spark
* Experience working with large datasets, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
* Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, SAS, and other relevant languages
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and growth
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field, and at least 4 years of experience as a data or machine learning scientist
* Experience working with Hive or Hadoop, system learning, text mining, and Spark
* Strong expertise in data engineering, including data pipeline design and implementation
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
* Strong knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts, including linear regression, decision trees, and clustering
