**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer outcomes through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling will help us better understand our customers, identify new opportunities, and optimize our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Develop and maintain complex statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns
* Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision-making
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
**Required Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
* Experience with data engineering and data architecture
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
* Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
