**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Digital Products & Services Group, you will play a pivotal role in software development activities and long-term initiative making plans and collaboration throughout the Method & Transformation (S&T) organization. Software engineering is the cornerstone of scalable digital transformation across arenaflex's cost chain. This candidate will assist the cease-to-stop software development enjoy and deliver high-quality software as part of the DevOps process.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the vision and guide a team of engineers to build and assist digital products and services (DPS) across S&T core priorities.
* Associate with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Records & Analytics, Rising Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering Groups to deliver the digital products portfolio.
* Help software development method utilizing industry requirements. Create roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business needs and strategy.
* Help increasing DPS skills via a customer-obsessed, offerings-driven digital solutions platform that leverages statistics and AI to deliver automatic and customized reviews.
* Help hassle solve transport impediments, risks, issues, and adjustments tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholders.
* Engage with key business partners to advocate solutions that great meet the strategic wishes of the business.
**Essential Qualifications**
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of applicable software development and engineering management experience.
* Three+ years of experience on architecting fault-tolerant, high-scale distributed structures.
* Commanding understanding of data systems, algorithms, and object-oriented design (OOD).
* Understanding in Java and Spring/Spring Boot atmosphere, JUnit, backend microservices, serverless computing, growing REST API's.
* Experience with undertaking critical, 24x7 structures.
* Experience with high-throughput cloud-native distributed structures.
* Experience imposing and consuming large-scale web services.
* Deep expertise of machine design sample.
