**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to members of our Medicare Advantage plan, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Demonstrating a strong dedication to showing empathy and using active listening skills to hear members and their concerns.
* Documenting calls accurately to reflect each interaction with the members, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and recorded.
* Meeting and exceeding contact center targets for call management, quality, and adherence to schedule.
* Managing all calls with professionalism and escalating calls when necessary to the next level.
**Operational Hours**
Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with varying shifts available within these hours. During open enrollment, our operation hours will change to include weekends as part of the work shift.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid customer service.
* 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of QNXT.
* Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services knowledge.
* A High School graduate or GED, with a 2-4 year undergraduate degree or certificate being a plus.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously, with strong keyboard skills and the ability to enter data with accuracy.
