**Job Summary**
As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within our IAM system
* Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
* SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
* Implementation of JML events, custom/Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
* Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
* Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
* Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SharePoint

**Minimal Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
* OR
* 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
