**About the Role:**
As a Math Tutor & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students and their families, helping them navigate the arenaflex program and achieve academic success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining regular contact with families to monitor progress, adjust lesson plans, and provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback aligned with their goals
* Responding to student calls, offering expert help using step-by-step solutions within the arenaflex program
* Providing a positive and supportive learning experience for students
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Participating in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge
**What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about education and committed to helping others. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong understanding of Math at a grade 11 and 12 level
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* The confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
* Strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail
* Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
* Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
* Some experience in tutoring Math to elementary and secondary school students is preferred
While tutoring experience or a teaching qualification is highly regarded, it's not required. As part of your role involves giving guidance to students, you'll need to be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.

**Compensation:**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
