Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our customers via email and live chat. You will be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships - Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments - Identifying trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and providing innovative solutions Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should be: - A self-starter who takes ownership of your work and is proud of your accomplishments - A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box and continually seeks improvements - A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style to different audiences - Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, with a strong ability to navigate multiple tabs and windows - Able to juggle many tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and attentive to detail - Highly motivated and able to stay energized in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision - Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions Requirements To be considered for this role, you should: - Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls - Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) where you can fulfill your shifts - Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT - Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season - Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided) - Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) Extra Credit While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable: - Customer service experience, particularly in a remote or virtual environment - Experience working from home or in a self-directed setting Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
