**What You'll Do**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
* Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
* Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
* Helping to de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
* Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a high school diploma or GED
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months of experience in customer service
* Have high-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
* Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones
