**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshooting issues with the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box and other related products
* Assisting customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries
* Diagnosing problems and walking customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve issues
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM system
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
* 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support
* Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Punctuality and great attendance
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving
* Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth and improvement
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working with customers in a remote setting
