Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Critical Situation Management: Demonstrate the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor. System Navigation: Efficiently navigate multiple systems and tools to access information and provide solutions, ensuring seamless service delivery. Ongoing Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and self-development activities to stay up-to-date with procedures, product information, and online resource tools. Quality Targets: Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained, contributing to the overall success of the team. Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled, adhering to all company time and attendance policies. Business Performance: Participate in activities designed to improve business performance, driving growth and innovation. Essential Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience in a similar industry or environment. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Location: Must not reside in the following states: California, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Alaska, Colorado, Washington, DC, Delaware, Oregon, Connecticut, Montana, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington State, New York, Illinois, Hawaii. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Effective Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, ask discovery questions, and articulate information in a professional and efficient manner. Technical Skills: Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, Microsoft Excel, and web camera usage. Problem-Solving: Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues. Flexibility: Ability to be flexible with hours of operation and adapt to changing priorities. Open to Feedback: Open and receptive to feedback from leadership, demonstrating a growth mindset and willingness to learn. Self-Motivation: Motivation and ability to obtain self-upskilling and knowledge training, driving personal and professional growth.
