Job Summary We're seeking experienced and motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team of Independent Contractors. As a key member of our virtual call center operations, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers across a variety of industries. With the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home, you'll have the freedom to balance your work and personal life like never before. About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing exceptional service to customers through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be responsible for: Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience handling inbound and outbound calls (minimum 1 year) Strong customer service and written communication skills Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm) Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers Earning Potential As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. Your actual earnings will depend on the opportunity, call type, call volume, and other factors. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have the opportunity to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients. Our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
