Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our support team. **Position Overview** As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our end-users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our solutions. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, providing training and education, and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional support.
