**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
* Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* The right to work in India
* Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)

* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
