We want everyone who works at arenaflex to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Worklife Customer Support Associate - Employee Assistance Program at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Monitoring and responding to inbound messages and outbound calls to support our provider services * Determining the purpose of incoming chats and calls by focusing on members' written messages and interacting with callers * Assessing clients' needs and researching and structuring communication by providing resources through chat and email * Recognizing crisis situations and evaluating for needed action to minimize risk * Performing appropriate research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources * Entering member information into the appropriate EAP system to initiate the case and documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally * Maintaining accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements * Communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders * Making outbound calls as appropriate to identify and assist with securing member resources and/or services * Providing miscellaneous support functions, including administrative support, follow-up calls, and other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in customer service * Basic computer knowledge * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products * High School Diploma **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience in a call center environment * Mental health and human services background * Experience working in RFL/Employee Assistance Program * Associate's or bachelor's degree in a social, psychological, or human service field or equivalent experience **Workspace Requirements** As a remote worker, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: * Technical requirement for personal residential internet service * Select an internet service that is either broadband or fiber (e.g., Verizon Fios, Comcast) * Select a minimum of 25mbps/3mbps * Consider the internet usage of others in the household during your scheduled working hours **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs.
