Job Description:
• Help improve AI reasoning in venture capital by contributing your investment experience to a structured research project covering deal sourcing, founder evaluation, market sizing, term sheet negotiation, and portfolio construction across stages and sectors.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of venture capital investing experience at a top-tier VC fund (e.g., Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, Benchmark, Greylock, General Catalyst, NEA, Bessemer, Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund)
• Principal or Partner level; industry agnostic
• Deep experience evaluating early-stage (Seed/Series A) or growth-stage (Series B+) investments
• Strong frameworks for market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, and founder/team assessment
• Track record of leading or co-leading deals, writing investment memos, and managing board or observer relationships
• Minimum 15 hours commitment per week
• Remote asynchronous contract
