This role is accountable for driving revenue, margin, and inventory performance through better assortment, forecasting, and purchasing decisions. By combining data, demand planning, and execution, this leader ensures the business scales efficiently while maintaining strong sell-through and healthy inventory levels. This is a leadership role — but hands‑on. Job Responsibilities What You’ll Own: • Own merchandising strategy across categories, managing large SKU assortments and making decisions that directly impact revenue, margin, and inventory health. • Lead seasonal planning and Open-to-Buy, ensuring inventory is aligned with demand, sell-through targets, and business growth. • Drive pricing, discounting, and offer strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, ensuring promotions and product positioning maximize conversion and profitability. • Own purchasing and inventory decisions, managing stock levels, coverage, and turnover to avoid overstock and stockouts. • Define and execute assortment strategies for core products and new launches, identifying what to scale and what to cut. • Manage vendor relationships end-to‑end, negotiating terms that improve cost structure, lead times, and product performance. • Partner closely with Marketing and Acquisition teams to align merchandising with high‑performing products, bundles, and campaigns. • Lead merchandising execution across eCommerce, marketplaces, and wholesale channels, ensuring consistency, performance, and scalability across all touchpoints. • Lead a merchandising team and drive execution through clear KPIs and OKRs tied to revenue, margin, and inventory efficiency. Your responsibility is clear: Drive sustainable, profitable growth - by turning merchandising, inventory, and assortment decisions into revenue and margin. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or brand management within Fashion or Intimate Apparel across retail and eCommerce. • Proven experience managing large SKU assortments and inventory at scale. • Proven ability to impact revenue, margin, and sell-through through merchandising decisions. • Experience defining pricing, discounting, and offer strategies in collaboration with Marketing. • Strong understanding of how merchandising connects with acquisition, conversion, and product performance. • Experience working across eCommerce, marketplaces, and wholesale channels. • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills with clear impact on cost and performance. • Advanced analytical skills with ownership of KPIs such as margin, sell-through, inventory coverage, and forecast accuracy. • Proven experience leading teams and driving execution across merchandising or cross-functional environments. • Experience improving processes and leveraging automation or AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
