About JDL Access, LLC JDL Access is a relatively small, boutique company that provides comprehensive patient and payer access programs for medical device manufacturers. Our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant Access Bridge™ platform was recently launched as a licensable software service, representing a significant growth opportunity. We are currently undergoing SOC 2 Type I and II auditing, demonstrating our commitment to security and compliance. Position Summary JDL Access is seeking a strategic Head of Platform Strategy & Client Success to drive business growth for our Access Bridge platform while also ensuring exceptional client experiences. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and platform expertise. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, lead client onboarding and success initiatives, deliver compelling platform demonstrations, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate client needs into platform solutions are essential. Key Responsibilities • Business Development & Growth Strategy • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Access Bridge platform licensing with medical device manufacturers • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Access Bridge client base • Conduct platform demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions with prospective clients • Build strategic partnerships with medical device companies • Represent JDL Access at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events • Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts Client Onboarding & Success Management • Lead end-to-end client onboarding process for new Access Bridge implementations • Configure client environments, including branding, custom workflows, forms, and enrollment systems to meet specific business requirements • Serve as primary client point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders • Proactively identify opportunities to expand platform usage and drive client retention • Manage client escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly • Gather client feedback and translate requirements into platform enhancement recommendations Access Bridge Platform Administration • Coordinate and maintain client-specific platform settings including forms (prior authorization, appeals, enrollment), workflows, and business rules • Manage provider records, enrollment links, and provider-facing documentation for client programs • Perform platform troubleshooting and coordinate with development team for technical issue resolution • Create training materials and conduct platform training sessions for clients and internal teams • Monitor platform performance and user experience to identify optimization opportunities Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in business development, client success, or account management, preferably in healthcare SaaS or medical device industry • Proven track record of driving new business growth and managing strategic client relationships • Experience with platform/software demonstrations and client onboarding processes • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security requirements • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to engage with C-suite • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Core Competencies Business Development & Sales • Business development strategy and execution • Product demonstrations and consultative selling • Pipeline management and forecasting • Contract negotiation and pricing strategy Client Success & Relationship Management • Strategic account management and client retention • Client onboarding and implementation management • Executive-level relationship building • Customer advocacy and voice-of-customer insights Communication & Presentation • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Executive presentation development and delivery • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences • Strong written communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of healthcare payer landscape and reimbursement processes • Medical device industry dynamics and commercialization challenges • HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations • Direct experience in patient access services, reimbursement support, or hub services for medical devices or specialty pharmaceuticals • Experience with SOC 2 or other compliance frameworks • MBA or relevant advanced degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) 3% Match • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Work from home Application Question(s): • Do you have experience developing or customizing or managing SaaS?
