This role is responsible for overseeing team operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality service in alignment with our mission and values. You'll guide a team of leaders and representatives, set goals, and implement processes to achieve client success and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a remote EBO Self Pay Team Set and monitor goals for team, client, and individual performance Conduct evaluations, manage timecards, and respond to PTO requests Monitor KPIs and ensure 100% of monthly collection goals are met Manage team staffing, training, compliance, and performance improvement Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all healthcare billing regulations Collaborate with clients and attend meetings as needed What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or financial management 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (call center setting preferred) High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Strong knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and healthcare revenue cycle Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
