The Help Desk Technician will play a vital, front-line role in delivering technical support to end users across various clients. The Help Desk Technician ensures timely problem resolution, clear communication, and effective documentation. This is a customer-facing position in a fast-paced IT support environment, located in Brunswick, Maine.
