Role Description This role involves providing pet care services, including pet sitting and dog walking. • Love dogs and/or cats, enjoy the outdoors and being active • Experienced with dogs of various sizes and energy levels and/or experienced with cats/other small animals • Reliable transportation and ownership of a smartphone • Ability to work independently with good communication and customer service skills • Desire to learn and make a difference in the lives of others • Seeking part-time work or supplemental income Qualifications • Prior experience working or volunteering with animals • Passion for working with and helping animals Requirements • Availability for at least 1-2 hours during at least 2 of the 4 visit time windows: • Mornings: 6-10am • Afternoons: 11-3pm • Evenings: 4-6pm • Nights: 7-9pm • Ideal candidates can work Monday through Friday or weekends plus or minus some weekdays • Dog walker position can work in conjunction with pet sitting positions for additional income • Ability to set hours and maximum amount of hours/visits per week as well as service areas Benefits • Get paid to exercise and spend time outdoors with dogs or indoors with cats/other small animals • Flexibility to choose hours, service areas, and maximum number of visits/hours per week • Work from home or take your dog to work (on applicable assignments) • Continuing education and certificate programs • Birthday, holiday, and referral bonuses • Supportive co-workers and leadership • Daily greetings from furry clients • Satisfaction of working a job you love Compensation • Paid per visit: • $9 per 15min visit + mileage + tips • $10 per 30min visit + mileage + tips • $10.50 per 30min visit + mileage + tips • $12-$13.50 per 45min visit depending on experience + mileage + tips • $16-$18 per hour/60min visit depending on experience + mileage + tips • Preference to keep sitters within a 10-15 minute travel radius around their home • Ability to select service areas/zip codes To Apply Visit this link to submit an application.
