Sales Recruiter • Full life cycle recruitment (i.e. sourcing to making offer) • Hovers around 10-20 openings • Lot of LinkedIn and networking experience • Prefer they have experience recruiting for sales positions Healthcare Recruiter • Front cycle recruitment (i.e. sourcing to setting up the interviews. Our leaders make the offer) • Hovers around 40-60 openings • Prefer they have experience recruiting for clinical positions (i.e. RN, LPN, Social Workers) -Please note this position has 8 hours of non-billable orientation. Duties: Job Summary: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 sales openings within an assigned region. • Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy. • Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking. • Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review. • Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations. • Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders. • Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness. • Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • -Sales Recruiter: • Full life cycle recruitment (i.e. sourcing to making offer). • Hovers around 10-20 openings. • Lot of LinkedIn and networking experience. • Prefer they have experience recruiting for sales positions. • -Healthcare Recruiter: • Front cycle recruitment (i.e. sourcing to setting up the interviews. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum five (5) years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience within healthcare • Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment. • Strong experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRM/texting tools. • Strong ability to engage with and influence senior leadership. • Proven experience reviewing resumes and executing high-volume sourcing strategies. • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and recruiting tools. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently. • Deep understanding of candidate experience, employment law, and recruitment compliance. Preferred Skills & Experience: • For Sales Recruiter, prefer they have experience recruiting for sales positions. • For Healthcare Recruiter, prefer they have experience recruiting for clinical positions (i.e. RN, LPN, Social Workers).
