People Coordinator
We are seeking a People Coordinator to join a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment on a temporary basis. This role will support core recruiting and people operations efforts, with a strong focus on early‑stage hiring support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
• Support full‑cycle recruiting efforts for open roles
• Review and screen resumes
• Conduct first‑round phone or video interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process
• Assist with general people/recruiting administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
• Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Duration: 1-month contract (with potential to extend or convert)
Hours: Full‑time
Location: Fully Remote – must be located in USA
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: up to $28/hour DOE
