Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot expert to set up and optimize email automation workflows and supporting landing pages. This is an execution role—not strategy-only. You should be comfortable building complex workflows, segmentation logic, and gated content funnels end-to-end in HubSpot.
This is a contract / part-time engagement with immediate work.
What You’ll Do
Build automated email workflows with branching logic (IF/THEN, delays, re-enrollment)
Create and manage segmented lists based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and personas
Set up lead nurturing and re-engagement sequences
Build HubSpot landing pages for downloadable content (guides, whitepapers, etc.)
Configure forms, hidden fields, and workflow triggers
Ensure workflows align with CRM lifecycle stages and sales handoff
Monitor performance and recommend optimizations
Required Experience
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Experience building complex workflows, not just basic drip campaigns
Experience creating HubSpot landing pages and forms
Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle stages, and automation best practices
Ability to execute independently with minimal direction
Nice to Have
B2B or professional services marketing experience
Conversion optimization or email copy experience
Familiarity with gated content and lead magnets

Assignment (Required for Shortlisted Candidates)
As part of the evaluation process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to outline how they would design landing pages, forms, and nurture email campaigns for the following assets. You are not required to build these upfront, but you must demonstrate clear thinking, structure, and HubSpot fluency.

1. Download: CMMC Readiness Checklist
Landing page structure (headline, value proposition, CTA)
Form strategy (required fields, hidden fields, progressive profiling)
Post-submission actions (thank-you message vs. thank-you page)
Nurture email sequence (number of emails, timing, goals of each)
Segmentation and re-enrollment logic
2. Download: Body of Evidence List (FedRAMP Moderate Equivalent)
Landing page structure tailored to a more technical / compliance-driven audience
Form and field strategy to distinguish maturity and buyer intent
Automation logic for routing or tagging based on responses
Nurture email sequence with an emphasis on education and authority-building
What We’re Looking For
Clear understanding of HubSpot workflows, lists, and lifecycle stages
Strong grasp of B2B gated-content funnels
Practical, executable logic (not high-level marketing theory)
Evidence you’ve built similar funnels before
