- Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, People & Culture Directorate - Location Negotiable - preferrable within the Yorke & Northern region - Employment Full Time Contract | Remote / Work from Home Opportunity - Salary - ASO5 - $85,790 p.a. to $85,790 p.a. + 12% super + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits - Eligibility Open to Everyone   Help shape a workforce that delivers exceptional patient outcomes About the Role The HR Consultant partners with the Principal HR Business Partner to deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality HR advice to key stakeholders. As part of the HR Advisory team, the role provides support across recruitment, retention, redeployment, performance and development, organisational change, classification, and non-compensable injury management - ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and business objectives. What We're Looking For We're seeking a capable and collaborative HR professional who can build strong relationships, provide trusted advice, and deliver outcomes in a complex healthcare environment. Key Skills & Abilities: - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines - Experience providing advice on complex or sensitive HR matters - Ability to support staff and leaders through change Experience & Knowledge: - HR advisory and consultancy across recruitment, performance, policy, and employee relations - Understanding of SA Public Sector legislation, awards, guidelines, WHS, EEO, and Codes of Practice - Familiarity with performance management, workforce planning, investigations, and HR projects Desirable: - HR experience in health care, including support for Medical Officers - Knowledge of visa/immigration processes and public sector grievances procedures - Relevant tertiary qualifications Commitment to: - Equity, diversity, ethical practice, safe workplaces, and person-centred care Application Information SA Health is committed to providing an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion for all employees.
