Job Description:
• Build and maintain a network of YouTube and TikTok creators
• Identify and proactively reach out to suitable creators
• Develop authentic content concepts together with creators
• Plan and execute performance-driven creator campaigns
• Manage ongoing campaigns and ensure quality control
• Work closely with the Performance and Brand teams
• Perform campaign analysis and derive optimization measures
• Monitor new platform features and creator trends
Requirements:
• Degree or vocational qualification in Marketing, Communications, E‑Commerce, or a comparable field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in an e‑commerce or D2C environment
• Understanding of creator content, performance KPIs, and platform-specific mechanics
• Passion for social media, short-form content, and storytelling
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and experience with data management
• Proficient in influencer tools and MS Office
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
