About the role
We’re a fast-growing, multi-brand e-commerce company operating across the U.S. market, focused on performance-driven growth through channels like TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and paid media.
We’re looking for an Influencer Outreach & Partnerships Manager to build and scale our TikTok and YouTube creator network.
This is a high-execution, metrics-driven role — you’ll be responsible for sourcing creators, negotiating performance-based deals, and managing a high-volume outreach pipeline while maintaining strict ROI discipline.

What you’ll do
Creator Outreach & Pipeline Management
- Source, vet, and qualify TikTok & YouTube creators daily
- Run high-volume, targeted outreach with structured follow-ups
- Manage 200+ active conversations with full CRM visibility
Deal Structuring & ROI Ownership
- Analyze creator performance (views, engagement, consistency)
- Structure performance-based deals aligned with CAC/ROAS targets
- Track spend and ensure strong budget discipline
Negotiation & Partnerships
- Own negotiations from first contact to signed deal
- Handle contracts, signatures, and documentation
- Coordinate with Finance for creator payments
Operations & Execution
- Track shipments, posting schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure creators post on time and follow agreed terms
- Maintain weekly reporting and performance scorecards
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign analytics and creator performance
- Scale top-performing creators
- Optimize or replace underperformers
What you bring
- 3+ years in influencer marketing with proven ROI impact
- Strong negotiation skills with a margin-first mindset
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines (150–200+ convos)
- Proficiency in any CRM tool. Great plus if it's Asana + Google Sheets
- Excellent English communication (C1+)
- Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
Nice to have
- TikTok Shop / affiliate experience
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV
- Experience coordinating inventory or logistics
- Familiarity with hybrid deal structures (flat + performance)
