Infusion for Health is a leading provider of outpatient infusion therapy services, focused on delivering exceptional care and access for patients across the country. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our patient base by building relationships with healthcare providers and their staff, making outbound calls, and managing inbound communication.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and manage inbound communication with healthcare providers and internal teams
- Build and nurture relationships with medical offices and provider networks to drive new patient referrals
- Be resourceful and persistent in connecting with providers, even through gatekeepers
- Represent Infusion for Health with professionalism and empathy over the phone
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure referrals are processed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement in our CRM system
Skills
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Interest in healthcare sales or business development
- Experience in phone-based customer service, sales, or a similar communication-heavy role
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, referral coordinators, and healthcare staff
- Self-motivated, organized, and persistent in follow-up
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Exposure to healthcare, referrals, or working with medical offices (a plus, but not required)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
