Your camera must be on and positioned correctly to clearly show your face. This practice is crucial for maintaining connection and engagement, as non-verbal cues are essential for effective communication. Work location and flexibility are subject to change based on evolving business needs, but generally, selected candidates who reside: - within 50 miles of Headquarters may be expected to work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote and onsite work when business needs necessitate. - more than 50 miles from Headquarters must be flexible and available to travel to Fairfield, OH, on an occasional basis for special events, training sessions, or key meetings.   Be ready to:   - financials reconciliation software experience (Accurate strongly preferred; Trintech or Frontier considered if SQL skills are exceptional). - expert-level SQL development experience, including creating and modifying:- stored procedures - SSIS packages - SQL Server Agent jobs - complex SQL and T‑SQL queries - strong troubleshooting and analytical skills focused on SQL code accuracy and data validation - SSRS report development and maintenance - experience with object‑oriented concepts and design principles - application DBA experience, including:- index tuning - performance troubleshooting - reviewing execution plans - testing and tuning SQL logic - experience resolving SQL-related issues - full understanding of SQL Server security configuration, including SQL logins, permissions, roles, and linked servers - willingness to work across multiple technologies beyond PeopleSoft, including modern tools and AI-driven solutions Be equipped with: - expert-level SQL development experience, including building and modifying stored procedures, SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs, and complex SQL/T‑SQL queries, along with strong troubleshooting abilities focused on SQL code accuracy and data validation - hands-on experience working with financial reconciliation software (Accurate strongly preferred; Trintech or Frontier considered when paired with exceptional SQL capability) - proficiency developing and maintaining SSRS reports - experience applying object‑oriented concepts and design principles within enterprise environments - application DBA experience, including index tuning, performance troubleshooting, execution plan reviews, and optimization of SQL logic, as well as resolving SQL-related issues across complex data ecosystems - a full understanding of SQL Server security, including logins, roles, permissions, and linked server configuration - a willingness to work across multiple technologies and toolsets beyond PeopleSoft, including modern and AI-driven solutions that enhance automation and efficiency - experience with PeopleSoft Financials (AP, GL, AR, Purchasing) with additional exposure to PeopleSoft HCM Payroll for North America and Benefits considered a plus - proven knowledge of the software development life cycle, object-oriented programming, and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML/XSLT - strong skills writing and debugging complex SQL within SQL Server or similar relational databases - the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues of medium to high complexity, manage file handling and data manipulation tasks, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications - experience providing application support, including responding to after‑hours needs as part of on‑call rotation - self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, supporting multiple enterprise applications in parallel and exploring new technologies—including AI-based automation - experience with additional development languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, PowerShell) and automation/integration technologies such as Jenkins and Azure Document Intelligence   Bring education or experience from: - five or more years of hands‑on development experience within PeopleSoft Financials modules (AP, GL, AR, Purchasing) - equivalent experience in a technical discipline or related field that demonstrates your ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and support enterprise‑level applications Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
