This role is perfect for tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support to Amazon employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems through effective troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and effective solutions to IT issues. Maintain detailed records of technical support provided and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, ensuring optimal functionality. Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance the support provided. Required Skills: Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A+, Network+, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
