Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ticket/Gate Agent to join our team in a part-time remote position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient airport operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Possess and execute the registration cycle, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring passengers have the correct travel documentation. - Label and lift items from scales to transport lines, with some packages weighing up to 70 pounds. - Work varying shifts, including early morning and late evening hours, depending on operational needs. - Accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. - Perform tasks based on operational requirements, with shifts ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
