We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST/EST) and earning a competitive pay rate of $17/hour on W2. Job Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic outreach to Medicare customers to complete health screenings and educate them on plan benefits, addressing gaps in care and promoting overall well-being. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless hand-offs to care teams, documenting all interactions for regulatory review and maintaining accurate records. Assist customers with scheduling medical appointments, connecting them to case management and community resources, and escalating concerns or issues as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic attitude and ability to build strong relationships with customers. Proficiency in navigating computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and dual-monitor setups, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and develop action plans, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare and regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on Medicare and a preferred background in managed care, health services, or population management. Education & Experience: High school diploma required, with a preferred college degree in a related field. At least 1 year of experience in managed care or a related healthcare field, with a preferred 1+ years of experience involving telephone contact and process management.
