Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Avis Budget Group enterprise, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a unique outdoor combination role that involves assisting customers with rental and return processes at our airport lots. About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers with rental and return processes on our airport lots * Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, and processing rentals for loyalty customers * Providing excellent customer service to clients at our exit gates or during the return process * Working effectively in an outdoor environment, with flexibility to work all shifts What We Offer: * Competitive hourly wage of $16.00/hour * Shift premium may apply * Bi-weekly hourly wage (weekly wage in New York and Puerto Rico) * On-the-job training and paid time off * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and other insurance + Flexible spending account opportunity to contribute up to $270 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses + Retirement benefits (401k) + Employee discounts, including discounted car rental and purchase of Avis/Budget cars Requirements: * Valid Driver's License * Basic computer skills (typing, data entry) * Effective verbal communication skills * Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts * Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles * Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States * 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
