Junior Program Analyst

The Junior Program Analyst will provide programmatic, analytical, and administrative support to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of acquisition activities. Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day program support to PMA-264 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) - Assist in the development, tracking, and maintenance of program schedules, action items, and deliverables - Support financial tracking, including budget execution, spend plans, and variance analysis - Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership review - Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and document minutes and action items - Support data collection and analysis to inform program decisions - Maintain program documentation, including SharePoint repositories and official records - Assist with risk and issue tracking and reporting - Interface with government, military, and contractor personnel across multiple functional areas Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field - 0-3 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable) - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Willingness to learn DoD acquisition processes and program management practices - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance - U.S. Citizenship is required - Familiarity with DoD or Navy acquisition environment (e.g., NAVAIR) - Experience supporting program management, financial analysis, or data analytics efforts - Exposure to tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, or Power BI - Understanding of DoD 5000 series or acquisition lifecycle processes - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Effective interpersonal and communication skills Benefits - Health insurance - Life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage - Disability insurance - Retirement plans - Holiday pay - Employee-managed leave - Professional growth opportunities Company Overview - Precise Systems delivers integrated, mission-ready solutions that advance warfighter readiness and strengthen our nation’s most critical defense programs.
