Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to identify their needs and match them with our offerings.
- Collaborate with owner on lead generation and conversion.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Participate in telemarketing and social media efforts to promote our products and services.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance lead generation efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology or recruitment sales or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and telemarketing practices.
- Proficient in using Linkedin and CRM software for lead management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new AI technologies and software solutions.
