Title: Leasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team and manage our Regional Malls portfolio, which spans multiple states. This role is pivotal in maximizing income, enhancing tenant relationships, and driving the success of our portfolio. It involves representing our company in the marketplace and overseeing leasing and tenant improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
Leasing Strategy:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve income and occupancy goals.
Tenant Relationships:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Lease Negotiation:
• Create and execute annual leasing plans for each property.
• Negotiate lease terms, calculate net effective rent, and explore financial scenarios.
Market Representation:
• Promote the portfolio through tours, presentations, and industry events.
• Build relationships with brokers and market key developments.
Market Knowledge:
• Stay informed on market trends and conditions across portfolio locations.
Industry Engagement:
• Participate in industry associations, such as ICSC, to build networks and stay informed.
Requirements:
Experience:
• 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing, with a preference for experience in enclosed Regional Malls.
• Familiarity with commercial lease documents and retail leasing practices.
Skills:
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for creative leasing strategies.
