They are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals, including document management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Responsibilities
- Creating and editing documents and maintaining e-filing of client/matter related documents
- Organizing inboxes and filing emails
- Performing document comparisons
- Arranging travel
- Processing expenses and invoices in collaboration with Williams Lea
- Editing daily time entries for narrative accuracy including reviewing WIP reports to support clean diary entries according to client guidelines
- Reconciling temp time when new matters are opened
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing additional overflow support to the San Francisco Administrative Resource Center
Skills
- College degree or equivalent
- Expert proficiency with the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external lawyers, staff and clients
- Expert communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
