I need an experienced legal assistant (or litigation/arbitration support) for a two-part project:
Immediate scope (this week):
1. Format a submission for an arbitration-related filing (clean layout, consistent headings, pagination, TOC if needed).
2. Update a marked-up diagram/exhibit (invoice-style visual markup): precise callouts, arrows, labels, alignment, and a clean “court/tribunal-ready” look.
Ongoing scope (through end of May):
I am the claimant in an arbitration scheduled for late May. I need help keeping submissions, exhibits, and procedural paperwork organized and presentation-ready.
Skills needed:
• Legal document formatting (pleadings/briefs/letters; consistent styles)
• Exhibit preparation and visual markups (PDF annotation, callouts/arrows/boxes; can work from my marked-up version)
• Strong reading comprehension (can follow a record and instructions without hand-holding)
• File organization + naming/version control
Deliverables:
• Finalized PDF(s) plus editable source files (Word and/or Adobe/Illustrator as applicable)
• Fast turnaround and clean, consistent formatting
To apply:
Please send (1) 1–2 relevant samples (formatted legal docs and/or annotated exhibits) and (2) your software stack (Word, Acrobat Pro, etc.).
