- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 6 months of employment), OR
- Fully Paid Training in EMDR or another evidence-based modality of your choice to deepen your clinical expertise
Your Role
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using your preferred modalities
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation in our EHR
- Engage in consultation, mentoring (optional), and professional development
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a trauma-informed environment
What We Offer
- Pay: $50,000–$80,000/year (based on caseload)
- Flexible Hours: 15–40/week—set your own schedule

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Full independent license in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care and collaborative practice
