LinkedIn Ghostwriter + B2B Content Partner (Commercial Real Estate / Finance)

I’m looking for an experienced LinkedIn ghostwriter / content partner to help me build thought leadership around commercial real estate, finance, and owner-operator decision making. I currently work in senior finance leadership within commercial real estate and am in the process of transitioning toward an independent advisory model later this year. Right now, the focus is building credibility, consistency, and a clear point of view through LinkedIn content. This is not influencer content and not generic marketing posts. The content will focus on: • Commercial real estate operations • Cash flow and capital decisions • Portfolio complexity (multiple entities, properties, partners) • Founder-led owner challenges • Financial leadership perspective • Real-world observations from inside CRE businesses Think executive thought leadership, not motivational quotes. ⸻ What I’m Looking For • 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week written in my voice • Ability to turn rough bullets, voice notes, or frameworks into polished posts • Strong B2B writing (founder / executive tone) • Comfortable with finance-adjacent topics (no deep modeling required) • Someone who can help refine ideas, not just write words This is ghostwriting.
