We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your role will involve utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide support and assistance to clients through our online chat platform. Pay: $28 - $33 per hour Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner through our live chat platform. - Accurately document and record all communication with clients. - Assist clients with questions regarding our services, promotions, and offerings. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the chat session. - Collaborate with team members to resolve any complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to upgrade or upsell services to clients. - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support environment. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other technology. - Attention to detail and ability to accurately document client interactions. - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. - Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with a team. - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed.
