Bring your energy, your expertise, and your commitment to excellence—and expect us to meet you with the same.   Your Impact: The Maintenance Sales Director drives revenue growth by building strategic client relationships and selling scheduled maintenance, project work, and AOG services across multiple aircraft types. You'll join a tight-knit family where leadership is compassionate, transparent, and empowers you to achieve success, both for the business and your personal growth.   What the Days Look Like: -          Days: Monday through Friday (In-Office) -          Evening/weekend hours may be required for various events and initiatives -          Some travel will be required for client meetings, trade shows and facility visits     Where you Make Your Mark: As Maintenance Sales Director at Jet Access, you'll drive business growth through strategic relationship building and consultative selling of maintenance services. Here's what your role encompasses:     Client Relationship Development & Sales Execution -          Conduct outbound prospecting calls to aircraft owners, operators, and fleet managers to generate new maintenance opportunities -          Build and nurture long-term client relationships that position Jet Access as the preferred maintenance provider -          Create detailed, competitive quotes for scheduled maintenance, project work, and AOG services across various aircraft types -          Collaborate with maintenance facilities to schedule work efficiently while meeting client timelines and expectations -          Provide personalized service experiences that exceed client expectations and drive repeat business     Strategic Market Development & Brand Ambassadorship -          Serve as a brand ambassador representing the Jet Access family of companies at industry events and trade shows -          Identify and pursue new market opportunities for maintenance services across our facility network -          Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce CRM -          Stay informed about competitive landscape, market trends, and industry developments affecting maintenance demand -          Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, promotional materials, and lead generation initiatives   Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence -          Partner with maintenance facilities to align sales commitments with operational capacity and capabilities -          Work closely with Directors of Maintenance to ensure seamless handoff from sales to service delivery -          Communicate client requirements, special requests, and project specifications to maintenance teams -          Provide market feedback to leadership regarding pricing, services, and competitive positioning -          Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Access's continued growth and success Each day brings opportunities to connect aircraft owners with exceptional maintenance solutions, but your consultative approach and relationship focus ensure clients choose Jet Access not just for a transaction, but for a long-term partnership—all while embodying our core values of building meaningful relationships and doing the right thing for the long term.   What Will Make You Successful: Required Skills & Experience: -          High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field preferred -          Minimum 1-3 years of aircraft maintenance sales or related aviation sales experience -          Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets -          Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) -          Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, inspection types, and common maintenance events -          Knowledge of various aircraft makes and models with ability to discuss maintenance requirements intelligently -          Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously -          Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly -          Ability to maintain and protect confidential client information with discretion -          Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% -          Must pass background checks and pre-employment screening -          Commitment to Jet Access's values of Safety First, Do the Right Thing for the Long Term, Take Care of Each Other, Relationships Matter, and Maintain Positivity   Additional Qualities That Will Make You Successful: -          Previous experience in Part 135 or Part 145 maintenance environment -          A&P license or technical aviation background providing deeper understanding of maintenance operations -          Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals and corporate flight departments -          Established network within private aviation maintenance community -          Familiarity with aircraft valuation and how maintenance history impacts asset value -          Track record of developing new accounts and expanding market share in competitive environments -          Understanding of FAA regulations governing aircraft maintenance and airworthiness -          Experience with aviation maintenance tracking software (Camp, Traxxall, etc.) -          Strong presentation skills with ability to deliver compelling sales presentations -          Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently -          Professional demeanor with comfort engaging executives, aircraft owners, and maintenance professionals -          Passion for aviation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences           Jet Access Group and affiliated companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
