Project Summary
We are a fintech company conducting market research on online financial services in Spain.
We are looking for a Spain-based freelancer to help us test and document the user journey on several online lending platforms.
Scope of Work
The task includes (but is not limited to):
Going through the full online application flow on selected websites (for research purposes).
Recording the screen during the process and taking screenshots.
Documenting the information displayed (rates, fees, terms, required documents, etc.).
Preparing a short structured report summarizing the experience and observations.
Each task will be structured as a separate milestone and paid individually.
Requirements
Must be a resident of Spain.
Must have access to a local bank account and valid ID (for identity verification steps during testing).
Good communication skills.
Ability to record screen and organize collected information clearly.
