Responsibilities - Support the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across multiple business channels - Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for key marketing projects - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Business Partnerships, Procurement, and Product Development - Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope, and aligned with brand standards - Support development and rollout of Point‑of‑Sale materials for new product launches including shelf inserts, digital screens, and signage - Maintain and update the Bento Kiosk Brand Materials Catalogue - Coordinate creative requests for signage and marketing materials across Food Service accounts - Assist in reviewing brand standards across kiosks, menu boards, and other in‑store touchpoints - Support relationships with Food Service partners and assist with marketing initiatives across accounts - Coordinate marketing requirements for new openings and kiosk launches - Track pipeline of new locations and ensure marketing materials are prepared and delivered on schedule - Assist in ensuring brand standards are executed consistently across partner locations - Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and events - Coordinate logistics, creative materials, and stakeholder communication for major industry events - Assist with post‑event follow‑up and reporting - Assist with coordinating the creative development for labels and packaging - Work closely with internal creative resources and external agencies to execute marketing materials - Support menu board database management and rollout across markets - Assist in testing and implementing new branding initiatives and pilots - Work closely with Brand, Operations, and Product Development teams on new product launches - Support marketing execution across ideation, concept development, and photoshoots - Assist with coordinating influencer visits - Travel occasionally to Food Service accounts and grocery banners across Canada and the United States - Support brand audits and competitive reviews - Gather insights to inform marketing improvements - Vendor Invoice tracking and reconciliation Skills - Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana) - Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organization - Food service, retail, QSR, or multi‑location franchised brand experience preferred - Bilingual proficiency in English and French would be an asset Benefits - Comprehensive compensation package with a bonus plan - Group health benefits - Retirement plans - Extensive training and opportunities for career advancement Company Overview - Bento Sushi is North America’s second-largest sushi brand providing the highest quality packaged sushi and ready-to-heat/made-to-order Asian food.
