Piannova Mind and Music are seeking passionate tutors for one-on-one sessions in math and science across all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring, with a particular focus on Math and Science, and a commitment to providing personalized instruction that empowers students to achieve academic excellence.
Eligibility Requirements
• Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

Duties
• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in Math, Physics, Chemistry
• Proactively lead and guide student learning by suggesting exercises, providing feedback, offering examples, and actively engaging students in practice.
• Deliver customized lessons that follow the BC curriculum and align with school instruction, ensuring students are well prepared for quizzes and tests.
• Use computer skills to integrate technology into lessons; maintain organized teaching materials using platforms such as Google Drive or Dropbox; and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.
• Communicate regularly with parents and the company regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
Experienced Tutor Requirements
• An advanced degree in Math, Science, or a related field.
• Excellent computer skills for lesson planning and student engagement.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and the company.
