Experienced Paid Ads Manager – Google Ads + Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven freelancer to handle our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
Project Scope & Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube if applicable)
- Set up, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) – including lead generation, traffic, conversions, retargeting, lookalike audiences, dynamic ads
- Daily/weekly performance monitoring: keyword research, bid strategy adjustments, ad copy & creative testing, audience segmentation & refinement, ROAS/CPA/CPL optimization
- Manage budgets across platforms
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, enhanced conversions, server-side events)
- Weekly/monthly reporting on key metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, cost per result, ROAS/ROI) via Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally Looker Studio / Google Data Studio dashboards
- Proactively suggest new strategies, tests, and scaling opportunities to improve performance and ROI
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Google Ads certification is a strong plus)
- 3+ years proven experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Blueprint certification preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with Google Analytics 4, UTM tagging, attribution models
- Experience optimizing for lead generation, e-commerce sales, app installs, or local service bookings
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and provide clear recommendations
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Basic creative skills for ad assets (Canva, Photoshop, or similar for quick edits)
- Familiarity with advanced tools like Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, or Zapier for automation
- Experience with high-ticket or B2B campaigns
