This is a highly rewarding and dynamic Sales role. The person will achieve targets and quotas using a mix of traditional and innovative sales approaches, to:   ·       Proven wins and sales experience, litigation support, eDiscovery, Managed Review, Incident Response, Contracts Life Cycle Management, Deposition summaries and compliance, legal ops to both Large, mid-size Law firms and global fortune 500 corporations. ·       Set measurable and achievable sales targets for team and himself, must have an individual sales target. ·       Identify and rapidly acquire new customers in the legal industry (ideal candidate should be able to close first deal within 60 days), including law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal services providers and able to convert good relationships with clients to organization advantage. ·       To provide leadership to the Sales and Business Development (BD) team (guidance, training, planning, implementation, and monitoring) ·       Build and maintain relationships of trust, to anticipate and serve the growing needs of customers. ·       Attend meetings with Clients scheduled by BD and Sales team. Daily Target Calls to clients and leverage personal/ professional networks to achieve the sales target. ·       Generate referrals by networking with key external stakeholders – decision makers and influencers – in the legal industry. ·       Collaborate with key internal stakeholders – operations, marketing, finance - to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers, and increased revenue from existing customers. ·       Manage the end-to-end Sales funnel in CRM, update CRM daily and track lead progress for himself and the team. Requirements ·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field with a degree or background in law or legal services is a plus. ·       Strongly networked with Partner/Decision Makers level across Law Firms and Chief Counsel/Attorney in Fortune 500 financial corporations. ·       10 years’ minimum experience in alternate legal services industry selling to both Large, mid-size Law firms and global fortune 500 corporations centered in the New York / Chicago region. ·       Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets within the legal industry, in alternate legal services provider market or related services. ·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels. ·       Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions for customer satisfaction. ·       Knowledge of legal processes, litigation support, e-discovery, contract management, or other legal support services. ·       Familiarity with sales analytics tools and CRM to effectively manage sales process and track metrics.
