We are now seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Office/Remote Medical Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support, both in-person and remotely. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks related to patient care.
