In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat on our website. Whether working on-site or remotely, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and answer inquiries Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems If you are a customer-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
